I’m getting ready to decorate for Christmas so I had to rearrange the furniture to make room for the festive stuff. I leave today for my moms house and wont be home until Sunday, I just want to come home and decorate, the hard part is done.
This is an old salesman sampler to be used in a mercantile for displaying wool samples. I love everything sheep. I’m quite smitten with this find. The inside is as awesome as the outside, the front is a door that drops down to show the samples and a description of each one. I just wish it still had the samples, but I wouldn’t have been able to afford it if it did.
The white pumpkins and Indian corn had to be retired, so I did a little bit of winter decorating.
Christmas will be all around us by next week. I hope you stop by and take a look. Thanks for visiting my blog . . .
Happy Thanksgiving ~d

What a nice crock collection. Great idea for displaying them. Your leaded window is also beautiful. Your front room looks so inviting.
